WE LOVE CHOCOLATE!
Here at Birdgate Chocolatiers we offer an exclusive range of handmade chocolates and chocolate gifts for all occasions, from Easter to Christmas and everything in between. We use locally sourced ingredients such as North Yorkshire Moors heather honey, Yorkshire rhubarb and hand roasted coffee from a local roastery. We design, bake and hand finish both traditional and unique chocolate wedding and occasion cakes. From birthdays to baby showers, we can supply a cake to remember on your special day. We make our own luxurious ice cream, available in such flavours as lime and salted caramel, violet, sour cherry and ginger and not forgetting of course, chocolate!

A absolute must to visit this shop. I am gutted they dont deliver to Newcastle . I would be in everyday if i lived near . Got selection of 7 flavours. If i knew they were this nice i would have bought more . I am gutted i didnt buy the xmas ones for family i was going to get
Ordered online, packaged well but the chocolates in both boxes were battered, lookes like they'd been squeezed when packed as most were creams that had been popped. Messaged them on Instagram with photos and got ignored. After spending nearly 70 quid on chocolates I would atleast - A: expect them to be packed with care and not seemingly deliberately damaged? B: expect atleast a basic level of customer service having recieved damaged goods Not a chocolatiers I'll be considering using again in the future Update: they messaged be back on Instagram eventually and promised a refund, 3 months later I'm still waiting for my money back.
Great little shop. We also pop in here on our yearly pilgrimage. It's reasonably priced and the food quality is excellent. Plus the staff are super friendly.
Lovely chocolate shop. Teated myself to a small box and every individual chocolate is full of flavour. Really interesting flavours. I tried the stem ginger, violet cream, coffee cream and strawberry with pepper to name a few. Definitely should have got a bigger box!
Beautiful chocolate shop, with Belgium chocolate bonbons and great chocolate bar combinations with original fillings
