Cue drizzly rain - let them loose in the National Emergency Services MuseumThe museum is located in one of Yorkshires first purpose built combined Police, Fire and Ambulance Stations dating back to 1898. This amazing building houses over 45 vehicles relating to the worlds Emergency Services from Horse Drawn Fire Engines to Ambulances and from Police Cars to Mines Rescue!

Action packed sports and adventure centres

Altitude High Ropes Adventure Course is another great option too; action-packed high ropes adventure course is a great attraction for people of all ages. Take each of the challenges head on as you work your way around the 34 obstacles including rope bridges, scramble nets, balance bars, swinging logs, and a climbing wall before taking the plunge at the end with our exhilarating 30 foot leap of faith.
