For tasty local farm produce, cheeses and chutneys, head for Real Meals Delicatessen and Bistro or venture down to Saltburn's Farmers Market every second Saturday of the month (except August).
Real Meals is situated in the Victorian coastal town of Saltburn by the Sea. This is a family run business owned by Tim and Sheila Beswick who, having taken early retirement from teaching, were free to devote themselves full-time to their shared passion for good food. Real Meals stocks a range of cheeses, including many difficult to obtain imported cheeses, but specialising in traditional farmhouse cheeses from the North of England. One of Real Meals proudest boasts is its range of imported Italian Specialities, unique to the region, including handmade pastas.
