My husband and I made a few trips here during our stay in Richmond. Absolutely gorgeous shop and the staff are so lovely. So many beautiful things I could have gone a bit mad but left with my new jellycats 🤍 Well worth a visit!

Beautiful little shop with plenty of gifts for yourself or others. The staff are so welcoming and personal, I bought my son his first Jelly Cat for his 1st Birthday. I was given a jelly cat bag to make it extra special for him. I will definitely be back the next time we visit Richmond. Thank you Dot’s Place!

Lovely little shop however the exclusive jellycat teabags were released today. & There was no update to as if they were sold out. I tried ringing the store to see if there were any. No response. Wouldve saved some stress & a journey

Love this shop and always visit when in Richmond. So much to look at, candles, reed diffusers, greetings cards, soft toys (the cutest sheep that I had to resist), ceramics, jewellery, homeware, clothing and all manner of other quirky stuff that you don't see elsewhere. Staff always lovely too and it's always nice to be able to support an independent retailer. 10/10

What a gem of a shop. We loved looking round and bonus we got to meet coco the dog. The owner was a lovely lady. My daughter even went into say bye while we were waiting for the bus. We will definitely be back.
