I have just had a ring re-sized. Perfect job. We have used Rowe's for the past 25+ years and have always found them to be perfect in every way and very affordable. Great staff, impeccable service and never a problem.
Always extremely helpful, nothing is ever too much for them. Always willing to try and help even if its something they may think they cant do... BRILLIANT SERVICE provided by EXTREMELY NICE PEOPLE. Very lucky to have them in such a small place like Ripon.
I needed the battery in my Omega Seamaster replacing and I called into this delightful shop. Kind, attentive staff who had no hesitation in promptly setting about replacing my watch battery. This was a level of service that I simply am not used to being from down south. Swift, efficient, polite and all for the princely sum of £3.50 (I have been paying £80+ until now). I cannot fault this shop in anyway shape or form and I wholly recommend that you pay them a visit for all of your jewellery needs. I certainly will be back with some other repairs that need attention. Thank you from a grateful southerner.
