Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Rotherham Monday – Friday, days/afters £40,000 + shift allowance Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business based in Rotherham. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving performance, quality, safety and engagement across a busy production operation. You'll lead a team of operatives, ensuring production targets are achieved whilst maintaining the highest standards of health & safety and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities of the Production Supervisor role include: Lead, motivate and develop a team of production operatives Drive a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE procedures Monitor production performance, output and efficiency against KPIs Manage staffing levels, labour allocation and resource planning Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce waste Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions Ensure quality standards are maintained and customer requirements are met Conduct performance reviews, training and coaching activities We're looking for Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within manufacturing Strong people management and communication skills Proven ability to drive performance and improve operational efficiency Experience working within a KPI-driven environment Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality standards A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to engage and develop teams Continuous improvement experience would be advantageous For more information on this role please contact Emma Bartholomew at Elevation Recruitment Group directly
