Brilliant community space, tech room and friendly staff. I adore that it is just off the high street. Books are displayed with thoughtfulness.
I have used Scarborough library in the town centre for many years. I remember when it still had the Scarborough Room and it stored lots of archives and I loved it. Fast forward to 2023 and the new library is modern, clean and welcoming with a community area and lots more. I will be using the library regularly from now on. Well worth a visit 🙏
Very friendly and welcoming staff, and also very helpful. Love going and spending some time in the warm and quiet atmosphere.
Super friendly staff, good variety of books and even community stuff going on. I would describe this more as a community hub than a library as so much goes on.
