|If you love Doctor Who, Star Wars, or anything sci-fi and fantasy, then mark your calendar for Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th April 2025. That’s when Sci-Fi Scarborough (SFS) is back for its eleventh year, turning the stunning Scarborough Spa into a paradise for fans of movies, TV, comics, gaming, and cosplay.
Run by fans, for fans (and not for profit), this event promises two full days of geeky goodness, including celebrity guests, cosplay competitions, tabletop gaming, prop displays, and even a huge Star Wars room for the ultimate photo ops.

Who’s coming? Meet the special guests
SFS 2025 has announced six incredible TV and film guests, and if you’re a fan of classic Doctor Who, Star Wars, or James Bond, you’re in for a treat!
- Katy Manning – Played Jo Grant in Doctor Who
- John Levene – Known as Sergeant Benton in Doctor Who
- Carole Ann Ford – The original Susan Foreman, the Doctor’s granddaughter
- Caroline Munro – Starred as Naomi in For Your Eyes Only and is a Hammer Horror legend
- Brian Wheeler – Played a Jawa and an Ewok in Return of the Jedi
- Clem So – Has appeared in Star Wars, Doctor Who, Guardians of the Galaxy, and James Bond (Spectre and No Time to Die)

SFS isn’t just about meeting celebrities—it’s a full-on celebration of all things sci-fi and fantasy. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:

- Droid Builders UK – Bringing their Astromech droids to Scarborough.
