Tesco Superstore

It’s your average Tesco it’s a bit weird it doesn’t have some of your normal stuff that you can’t buy from this store so it’s alright I guess 🤷‍♂️

This is a large tesco with plenty of parking. This particular tescos lived up to my expectations. It has a large section of good quality products at reasonable prices. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, and there are excellent customer facilities.

DON'T HEAD HERE TO USE THE PODPOINT EV CHARGERS!! Someone at Tesco had the great idea of locating these chargers in their underground car park (although there is one outside), where the phone signal is virtually non-existent to go online and confirm the charge. I had to head to the outside car park to get signal and confirm the charge. Adding insult to injury we returned two hours later to find the charger had turned itself off. There was someone else there who had also experienced all of the above issues.

My wife and I found this Tesco not worthy to carry the label Superstore. The shop was small compared to other Superstores. The non food department was scattered throughout the shop and not up to standards. The staff were friendly and helpful but the size of the store was, from our point of view the ‘problem’.

Great range of products, the word superstore when compared to other Tesco’s is a bit OTT as it is still like stepping back into the 90’s in places. But nice friendly staff and some great club card prices if you dig deep enough. Spotted a good selection of stocking fillers today,and the 15 pence Christmas vegetables offer is a no brainer. Saxon spuds for 15 pence ( spot on for boiling and mashing)👍
