Visited as iv never been to a casino before. Staff were very friendly and also helpful in explaining how the different games work. The premises were very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the experience. Drink prices were fair and we would definitely return. We visited for a few hours over 2 nights and I ended up £3.50 up which is good value in my book for the entertainment and experience.
Wow what an experience, first time ever , beautiful building inside and out , very classy , incredibly welcoming , happy smiling young staff , great booths if you just want or drink ! Large bar area , an array of games and machines with professional, smartly dressed , uber friendly staff , shout out to the guy on reception with the plaited beard . Even met the very pleasant owner. Absolute Gem , open until the early hours after the pubs. Highly recommend a visit , we will definitely be back .
Chris was lovely me and my group experienced our first night in a casino and had a great vibe. However. We then continued to Harvey on the roulette table. Immediately the entire vibe was ruined wasn't welcoming very rude and resulted in us leaving early due to the horrible service
Keep being asked for identification everything I walk in, I'm a member with a membership card and number, why am I being badgered to bring in photo identification, they already know who I am, it's getting very tiresome and annoying
Fantastic casino, I lose every time I go in so they must be doing something right! Sophie behind the bar is an absolute credit to the team and she deserves a £30 payrise
