Located inside Wetherells of Selby. This store is literally a hidden gem. Lovely….. best scotch eggs I’ve ever had and today got a free sausage rolls as part of a special offer on the day. Staff were very friendly and range of products is amazing. Love it love it love it. Great choice of fresh meats, cooked pies, sandwiches and home made preserves and jams. Simply fabulous 10/10 all the way!
A truly Yorkshire experience. Locally owned butcher shop and bakery. Fresh cuts of meat were in the refrigerator, the counter was filled with delicious things from sweet to savoury. Reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Would recommend to anyone making a stop in Selby!
Can't give a review on the quality of the food as we didn't buy anything! My partner was waiting ten minutes to be served as someone in front of him was having sandwiches made up. Fair enough but when we decided to go back to the shop twenty minutes later as we really wanted a sandwich each it didn't get any better! Decided to buy bacon and sausages to take home then we were deciding on sandwiches but a man walks in orders sandwiches and has a nice chat! An order of £20 or more lost and put us off calling again. You need someone else serving when people are left waiting!
Stopped in for a Bacon Buddy. Delicious. Bread was fresh and bacon plentiful. Have to enter the department store to get there. The staff is friendly and even have a counter to sit and eat at.
