I recently visited this pet shop specifically looking for a comfortable harness for my young dog, who can be a little nervous and shy in new environments. The experience was absolutely outstanding, thanks to one of the staff members—a nice gent who provided truly exceptional customer service. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the harness options and different price ranges available, ensuring I felt informed without ever feeling pressured. What stood out most was how he interacted with my dog: he was calm, offered gentle praise, and helped settle her nerves with a few treats. He then patiently assisted with fitting the harness to ensure it was secure and comfortable. The entire interaction was incredibly helpful and completely non-pushy. This was an excellent, stress-free shopping trip. Highly recommend this store, especially if you have a sensitive or nervous pet!

One of the nicest guy I've met. I walked in asking for about the discs for parking, he gave me one and told me how it works. Later on I returned the disc back to him and ended up buying treats for my cats as he was so helpful. Top guy, will visit again if I'm ever there again.

The most extraordinary range to satisfy your dog’s needs!! Toys, collars, leads, food, treats, grooming products, cleaning products, beds…. It is the most astonishingly well-stocked store in the gorgeous market town of Settle. I’d happily make a special stop to call back in when we’re passing!
