Brilliant experience at Rassams Creamery. Amazing desserts and excellent customer service. Especially Mukhtar, he was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. His positive energy really stood out. Delicious desserts, great atmosphere, and top-class service. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back!
I have visited there many times, and I want to share my honest experience. Earlier, the staff was very good, polite, and welcoming, and the overall experience used to be great. Even now, the taste of the desserts is still good. However, for the last few months, the current staff has been very untrained and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to customers or how to give proper value and respect. Their behavior feels immature, and customer service is seriously lacking. What made the experience worse was that around 50% of the seating area was empty, yet the staff member told us to wait, saying “customers can come anytime, without giving any clear waiting time. This was very confusing and unprofessional, especially when plenty of seating was available. There is very tough competition for dessert places in Sheffield, and customer service plays a huge role in choosing where to go. Management really needs to focus on proper staff training, how to communicate clearly, how to behave professionally, and how to value customers. If customers feel disrespected or unwelcome, they will simply stop coming.
This place is amazing! After a meal in town, London Road or even just ordering this place is amazing. Its incredible decor and interior provides that breathtaking dessert parlour atmosphere. Me and my family visit so often. The prices are good, food is great and staff are friendly. What more could you want?
Visited Rassam’s Creamery recently and had a great experience. Lovely ambience, amazing desserts (delicious and well presented), and excellent service by Mr. Aiham, who was very polite and attentive. The robot delivery was a fun and unique touch. Highly recommend!
So welcoming and friendly Isha is !! She greeted with a warm smile, made great recommendations, and served the most delicious dessert. The ambience was vibrant n taste was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back!
