Andrew was particularly helpful, but this could be equally true for all their staff. I ordered the wrong part inadvertently, but Andrew went above and beyond to find the right part and get it ordered in promptly. Great service, and good prices. Recommended
The chap on the counter was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely go again, had the parts ready, and waiting to collect. A positive experience.
Not the most complicated order, it consisted of two items: a battery and next day delivery. Waited in the next day, no delivery. Contacted GSF online help (they don't seem to have a phone number) to be promised it was leaving that day and would be delivered the following day. Waited in again. Not delivered. A battery finally turned up after 3 days. I say a battery because it wasn't the battery. It was completely wrong. Lower spec, wrong type and wrong output. Absolutely not what was on the order. So, I paid for two things and neither was received. I gave them an extra star for consistency.
I purchased few parts from here and paid via card. After 2 hours my card was used and charged £5 for uber. I dont know how they managed to do it. I filed complaint
Terrible customer service. Rang to ask for a part and the sales assistant was speaking to someone else whilst telling me no we don’t, then rudely hung up while I was asking another question.
