Jack has been fantastic! I placed an order online and after had a few questions. Jack came back to me super quick, was really open and honest about delays in delivery times of the bike I chose so gave me alternative options that would definitely be here for Christmas. He also helped me customise the bike to meet what my little boy had asked for. I had no idea what I was doing but Jack was brilliant! Thank you so so much

I’ve just purchased my son’s bike from this company, I was so worried it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas with how late I left it. But being able to have contact with the company themselves I was able to put a small deposit down to secure the bike as-well as them putting a fast delivery on the bike itself too. Honestly cannot thank them enough. They have made it so easy, with no pressure at all.

Purchased two Sunday bikes so far through Waller BMX, both occasions received top service and great delivery via APC. The recent purchase was via the cycle to work scheme, which was a breeze with the guys at Waller’s help.

First purchase with WALLER and it’s an absolutely amazing service from these guys. They sorted me right out with exactly what I needed placed an order out of shop hours and still sent it off same day and turned up well before estimated delivery said it would. Highly recommend these guys best bmx shop I’ve done business with in the UK 5/5 for everything
