⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars from me and Milo I took Milo into Bradway Pet Shop today for a harness fitting and Rachel, the lady who helped us was fantastic. She was friendly, patient and clearly knew what she was doing. She tried different harnesses on him, adjusted everything properly and made sure he was comfortable and secure. Milo loved her straight away and behaved far better for her than he ever does for me. We left with a harness that fits him really well and actually stays on. I am really impressed with the service and would happily recommend Bradway Pet Shop to anyone who wants a proper fitting from someone who actually cares about getting it right. Thank you from both me and Milo. We will be back 😎

We were recommended to visit with our puppy from a staff member at the RSPCA. We visited today (1/11/25) with our lurcher puppy, and found such a little gem of a place. Very knowledgable, very informative, no time pressure the fittings were taken at our puppy’s pace. Ozzy is still proudly walking round in his jumper and will not take it off! Thank you so much and we will see you again when he’s out grown this jumper and harness.

Excellent independent pet shop run by its owner. Harness fittings by appointment, good selection of pet food. The owner is readily on hand to provide advice about the best food for your pet. Highly recommended

Fantastic service at Bradway Petshop. Had my dog fitted with a new harness. Rachel has great knowledge and advice and has helped me with other dog related matters as well.
