We were looking for a new groomer as we just moved to the city, bought our poppy here for a wash and groom. So so happy with the cut and such good service. Our cat don’t want to come out of the little bed to come home lol. She seemed so relaxed and also smells amazing! Thank you

We had an appointment today for our cat’s grooming. She had a lot of matting, and the grooming took 4.5 hours. Unfortunately, the result was very disappointing — her fur is uneven and patchy, and one side of her face was cut far too short. She was also extremely stressed by the experience. This was the second time we brought her here, but sadly the outcome was no better. I’m sorry, but I cannot recommend this place My answer to your comment: I find your message both unprofessional and unfair. You do not have the full information to judge how we care for our cat. She is deeply loved and very precious to us. We do take care of her, but she does not tolerate being brushed at home — which is why we turned to professional grooming. If you were as experienced as you claim, you would know how to handle a cat like this without causing distress and without placing blame on the owners. Our cat had excellent grooming with another groomer before, but due to health issues that groomer could not continue. That is why we sought someone new. Unfortunately, it is now clear that choosing you was a mistake.

I didn't use the groomers but I did go in for some pet clothes. I loved the collection they had and all the decent price of £9.99 (13-01-25). Very glad that more asian style pet clothes are available in the UK, the UK/europe designs are never as cute
