Just got back from my first visit, I booked a shopping appointment as I was recommended by a runner friend. Never had shoes fitted before and the man who helped me was really patient, kind and helpful. I explained upfront that I probably wasn't going to buy anything as I would need to wait for a sale / payday but he kindly helped me anyway and he shoes he suggested felt great. He also advised on the ethical and environmental credentials of the shoes. And as a bonus, he let me park my bike inside the shop, and suggested an easier route for my ride home along the canal, which was indeed delightful! All in all, I had a great experience and based on today I would definitely recommend the store for having an excellent range, and responsive, knowledgeable and lovely staff 👍🏼

I came in to try on some shoes, as the Hokas i’d ordered online had come in fitting smaller than expected…I thought I was going to work out the size I needed, and then order them online. What I didn’t count on was the fact that the staff (I’m so sorry, I didn’t get your names!) were friendly, infinitely knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to give EVERY customer dedicated service and into the perfect shoe for them. I had to wait my turn, but that just gave me the chance to see the level of service they give every one of their customers. After finding out what I was after, what I wanted from a shoe, and discussing my old injuries and how it affects my running, I probably spent 30mins trying on shoes, testing them out on their in store treadmill, and getting my gait analysed, before making my choice. The trainers were the same price as buying online, but I benefited greatly from all the advice and information I was given. I highly recommend going there for any of your running needs! Thank you so much for your help today, my rebuilt ankle&I can’t wait to put the new Speedgoats through their paces!

Great service , best gait analysis with intuitive analysis listening to my feet ! A wide selection of trainers so possible to try different brands. Well worth the trip. Highly recommend.

Great experience Made to feel very welcome, was given helpful advice by a guy who was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about running. Tried on shoes and tested each on the treadmill. Left the store with the perfect shoes for me, very happy.
