Yes it's not the Hilton. The Hilton doesn't charge £20pn. My fears when I booked haven't been met and its much better than I expected. If you're looking for a romantic weekend away, keep looking. If you need a bed and no thrills then it's perfect
Do not stay if you like to feel clean whilst you are staying somewhere, bathrooms have no locks on them and very unclean. The beds have weird stains on them that suggest they have not been cleaned. The manager for the place on the other hand is absolutely lovely and very helpful. Stay here at your own peril
Amazing service. For £20 you get a bed in a decent room. I arrived at 12:20 am at night and the caretaker still signed me in. Amazing Lad. Amazing Service
Stayed here on their opening day in their family room. The owner was Great with accommodating us and allowing us to check in earlier. However a pin code is required to enter the property and this wasn't provided before arriving so had to ring the owner to gain access. Overall a nice experience, the rooms were extremely hot but with 30 degree heat it's too be expected. Pros- Price was very affordable Beds were clean and comfortable Location was good (around 10 mins by car from the train station) Room was spacious and had plenty of storage Cons No bin in the room The towel rail was stuck on the wall and as soon as a towel was hung on it, it fell off. Tea and coffee provided with a kettle but no milk/sugar or stirrers so unable to use.
Was cheap & cheerful. Manager was friendly and helpful. Room was basic with shared bathroom. Room was warm & comfortable- in slept well.
