There are a range of sessions for everyone at WARMTH - 60 minutes to 90 minute SLOW sessions, babes in arms, queer, trans+, menopause and more! We focus on providing an authentic, accessible and affordable Finnish style sauna experience in the heart of Sheffield.

We have a Finnish style horsebox sauna,  a deliciously cold plunge (perfect for 1 or 2 people!) and a refreshing bespoke shower made by artisan Yorkshire plumbers Purdy's plumbing.

Every session we do Aufguss with eucalyptus oil and birch water that fills the sauna with gorgeous löyly steam. We offer traditional birch whisks to stimulate circulation for a post sauna glow. We don't gatekeep traditional sauna practices - sauna culture is yours here.
