Called in for some cough medicine. No other customers just 3 staff who took care not to acknowledge my presence. Eventually a young woman asked what I wanted. I asked for some cough medicine for a dry tickley cough, not unusual I suspect. She had no idea and I had to point out to her the suitable options by leaning over the counter. Not a great experience to be honest. I appreciate sometimes they may be involved in something but I don't think a brief greeting and I will be with you shortly is asking too much.
