Tadcaster is home to three breweries – John Smith’s, Coors and Samuel Smith’s. The Old Brewery at Tadcaster was founded in 1758 and is the home of Samuel Smith’s – the only surviving independent brewery in Tadcaster and the oldest brewery in England!
