A delightful cafe serving wonderful coffee and delicious homemade cakes. Service is always welcoming and fast, just what you need when you're after a refreshing tea or coffee. Nice choice of sofas and tables. Oh, and dog friendly, with lots of four legged visitors. Faultless.
Such a fabulous setting; a 200yr old building, just behind the canal and opposite the old library. The coffee, particularly the cappuchino, was really nice. I also had a savoury cheese muffin with a vegan roll. Both were delicious, I finished my lunch off with a slice of homemade cheesecake! The service was great, not rushed and I got everything in good time. 100% coming again. Updated: it's summer so now they have all iced coffees!
This is a little gem. Chilled atmosphere, friendly staff, dog and child friendly too. Great selection of hot drinks and seasonal teas, especially their hot chocolate. They have a great selection of homemade cakes and their baked cheesecake and sausage rolls are unreal. There's also a nice display of woven objects to buy, made on their premises.

A really nice friendly place I enjoy visiting for coffee/tea and cake or a snack. The cakes are totally delicious and they serve an array of really lovely hot and cold drinks too.
