There are quite a few excellent local bakers, but Baked I've tried them each a few times, and Baked is the best. Top recommendations: the white tin (I don't even eat white bread, normally!) and the focaccia (you can tell the baker is Italian). The shop is cute and odd, and very Todmorden.
What a jewel! They create unique ingredient combinations you’d never expect to work together, yet they melt on the tongue perfectly. Absolutely delicious and amazing. I’ll definitely be back. Very friendly service too. Please support this bakery, they’re doing something really special.
In the same way that we once went to the Vatican City and visited St Peters, today we went to Todmorden and visited Baked. We don't need to see another cathedral and now we don't need to visit another baker!! Remarkable and highly recommended!
Was up for a wedding and had the white chocolate and pistachio cookie, banana bread and a pizza thing with feta and fig. All were excellent. Highly recommended.
Am staying in the area for two weeks, have now been here three times 😅 Rosemary garlic focaccia is amazing.
