A fantastic new books and record shop for Todmorden. Very well stocked with a wide range of genres. Not only are there vast amounts of books and records, but also art, merch and other bits and bobs. Also there's music from local artists in there too :)

Great record / book / art shop! Diverse selection of LPs, 7s, CDs & tapes across most genres - soul, funk, disco, hip-hop & jazz are notable, but lots of soundtracks, indie & classic rock as well. Astounding selection of music books - probably the largest in the North of England, something for all tastes, all at very reasonable prices. Put together and run by the lovely Nick, also an established DJ. Always meet interesting music fans, fellow collectors and / or musicians on my regular visits! A very welcome addition to the North West scene.

Popped in yesterday. Picked up a couple of amazing records. Ace shop well packed with great books, records, and just generally very cool stuff by local artists. Recommend a visit. A great buzz in shop, and the owner Nick knows his stuff and dead friendly. Definitely the best book and record shop this side of the 90s. Reminds of the likes of eastern bloc or choonz - but in Tod. (Also if you are anywhere near Manchester or Leeds, Tod is easy to get to and full of great places to eat, drink, socialise - visit the shop, eat and drink, be kind - what more do you want).
