Tourist question: somewhere to stay in York

Hallo!
We are planning a trip to Yorkshire in the end of May 2023. We would like to visit The Yorkshire Vet, if it’s possible. We will arrive by train to York and after that rent a car. We also need somewhere to stay in York. Our plan is also to make a trip with Edinburgh flyer.
