At Low Hunsley Farm, we converted our old grain stores and cart sheds into luxurious holiday accommodation in 2019. Our ethos has been that the properties need to be comfortable and offer a home from home, hence each to the properties has super duper exceptionally comfortable beds (according to our reviews) and most of them can be converted into two single beds to accommodate families and friends staying with us. All of the properties have dishwashers, washing machines and tumblers, oven, hob,
microwave and coffee maker, and they all have an outdoor area to enjoy. The three bedroom properties have hot tubs too! We have excellent satellite broadband which the TV’s are connected to, so you can log into your Netflix account if you wish!
We are located on a farm in a rural location. The nearest pub you can walk to is in South Cave and it takes about an hour and a half to walk there along the Yorkshire Wolds Way, but it is a beautiful walk and the food is well worth the effort! We are 6 miles from Beverley which is a beautiful town, and it takes about 40 minutes to get to York and Bridlington. There are two train stations located approximately 4 miles away (Brough and Cottingham) where you can catch the train to York, Leeds, Bridlington, Scarborough and Filey. Many of our visitors so far have also taken the opportunity to visit The Deep in Hull and The Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster. There are however many attractions nearer to us such as William’s Den, The Drewton Estate, Burnby Hall Gardens, Sledmere Hall and The Humber Bridge. We are also spoilt for choice when it comes to eating venues in the area. We have a large choice of pubs, restaurants and tea rooms in the area, most of them offering excellent food and hospitality. We can also recommend some local taxi companies if you fancy enjoying your favorite tipple!
