Our collection of five unique and individual properties boast some original features and charming artistry. Solid Yorkshire stone on the outside contrasted by colourful cosmopolitan interior design when you enter through the front door, making for an unforgettable stay.
We fell in love with the calm ambience of the stone-built working men’s cottages. With their use of colourful contrast and through the interior design, they wished to bring out that ambience and express it in a new way. In turn they furnished the interiors with things expressing a certain way of life. Thoughtful relaxation, listening to well-loved records on a turn table, admiring original pieces of art, playing board games with friends and family, reading a classic novel while sitting in an up cycled arm chair or eating a meal that has been cooked in an ultra-modern kitchen that is itself a work of art complimenting the rest of the cottage. Each cottage tells its own story…
