Sawmill Cottage sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms has a fully-fitted kitchen/Dining room with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric Hob and Oven and TV.
The cottage is furnished to a high standard with TV with free-sat and DVD player in the Lounge. A small snug with tub chairs.
A South facing Conservatory with excellent views down the valley leading onto decking with benches an ideal place to watch the sun come up.
Master Bedroom with double bed and recently installed en suite shower room, second bedroom with Zip and Link beds (2 singles or 1 super king), the third bedroom has a single bed, all bedrooms have televisions. Bed linen and towels are provided and all heating is supplied in rent.
Heating is full oil central heating and in the lounge there is a multi-fuel stove (fuel provided). Cot and High Chair are available free of charge. One pet is allowed (extra pet £15.00).
Private parking is off road outside the cottage.
Weekend breaks are available from November to March and at short notice at other times.
Commanding unrivalled panoramic views, Middlesmoor a small village is situated at the head of the Nidderdale Valley, the 53 mile Nidderdale Way can be walked from the doorstep, The National Trust properties Fountains Abbey and Studley Deer Park, Brimham Rocks with its acres of stunning rock formations are close by.
Visit the local visitor attractions of Stump Cross Caverns, Howstean Gorge, with its spectacular 70ft deep limestone gorge and excellent restaurant.
Lightwater Valley Theme Park, Black Sheep Brewery and Visitor Centre, Brymor Real Dairy Ice Cream, Thorp Perrow Arboretum, Horse riding and excellent restaurants and cafes at nearby Pateley Bridge all within 15 miles of the cottage.
The cottage is an excellent base for touring the Yorkshire Dales, the Spa Town of Harrogate and Bettys tea room, Ripon with its Market Place and Town Cryer who blows his horn at 9pm every night, Grassington is a very popular visitor centre, Skipton with lots of shops and market stalls in the High street and York with lots of history, museum’s, visitor attraction’s etc.
