The contemporary boutique hotel has been transformed from the original Victorian coach house into 25 spacious and luxurious bedrooms and suites, with a restaurant and bar over-looking the beautiful Harrogate Stray, right in the centre of town.
There are eight individually designed suites, two of which are duplex, with one specifically named Le Grand Depart, to commemorate the Tour de France which passed through the town in July and finished at the West Park Stray. The Brunswick Suite also plays another historical part in the heritage of Harrogate as it was the name of the first train station which was located near to the hotel in the 1800’s.
West Park’s spacious restaurant provides all day dining, from a full breakfast menu to the West Park afternoon tea, and an a la carte menu for more formal dining occasions. Outside there is a secluded courtyard for al fresco dining and drinking as well as two private dining rooms catering for up to 70 guests – ideal for private events such as parties, weddings and business meetings. The relaxed bar area provides comfy Chesterfield sofas, a cosy log-burning stove and sharing tables which are perfect for large groups, as well as secluded tables for intimate dining.
