Hawes Club Site is set in beautiful Wensleydale, where the famous cheese has been made for nearly a century, and offers delightful views. It is situated between the River Ure and the market town of Hawes and is the northern most of The Club's trio of sites within the boundary of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park.
With the beautiful Dales right on the doorstep of Hawes Club Site, walking enthusiasts will have hours of captivating landscape to explore. The Pennine Way is another must - it still carries tracks made in previous centuries, so you can literally feel you are following in your ancestors footsteps. Also within easy reach from the caravan park, Hawes is one of the highest market towns in England at 850 feet above sea level and is blessed with an immense character that really needs to be experienced. You can stock up on supplies at the local shops in town and there are plenty of cosy, traditional pubs that offer food.
