Dalesgate Hotel began in the large end of terrace stone house, originally a chapel manse in 1979 with stone-built extension added in 1991.
All rooms are en-suite and equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities, colour TV with built in CD/DVD player, hair dryer and direct-dial phone.
There is ample parking directly behind the building which is accessed by taking the first right turn off St John's Road. Set 2 miles from Keighley town centre, the hotel is the ideal base for business or for exploring Bronte Country and neighbouring Haworth; home of the famous Bronte sisters, the heritage railways of Keighley and Worth Valley and Embsay are close by, as is the market town of Skipton.
The Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District and the historic city of York are around 90 minutes away; for golf enthusiasts there are several courses nearby too.
Rooms at the rear of the building look out across the valley to Rombalds Moor.
