4 Star rated with Gold Award - Swallows' Nest is a surprisingly spacious extended 19th century former lead miner's cottage, situated at the end of a terrace of such cottages, enjoying a very peaceful setting on the edge of the village of Hebden, close to Grassington. The cottage has been extensively renovated and refurbished to a high standard, and retains much of its original character, with fully beamed ceilings downstairs, exposed stonework, an inglenook-style fireplace in the lounge and double-glazing throughout. There are solid oak floors downstairs and some low doorways, making this an interesting property which has been pleasantly decorated and very well equipped.
