Hi there and a great big Yorkshire hello; and welcome, from our team here at Longwood Farm Partnership. We are a new start-up family business offering accommodation in our two fantastic, self-catering, high quality timber cabins.
Each cabin sleeps four with a king size and a set of bunk beds that will easily hold adults. Recline on the sofa whilst watching your favourite shows, NETFLIX or Prime, on a smart TV with over 70 channels – and the wifi is free! Both cabins incorporate luxury shower en-suite, with heated towel rail, and there is a fully fitted kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob. On those balmy summer evenings, move outside on to the wide and spacious deck; enjoy the views, have a bar-b-que, that promised G & T, or a lovely glass of red. What’s not to like? We are child friendly and welcome dogs on a limited basis. We’re open all year round
– please call Peter to find out more, or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
So, why not try a stay with us? We are set at the heart of the great North Yorkshire countryside, where you can experience peace and tranquillity; the fresh invigorating air, and for writers, painters, photographers; the views are truly inspirational. Even at night it’s brilliant; for stargazers we’re in the middle of a huge dark skies reserve – no light pollution here!
For the more energetic, the cycling is ‘top notch’ being the home of the ‘tour de Yorkshire’. And for walkers, experience the magnificence and beauty as you ‘criss-cross’ the countryside on the multitude of public footpaths and bridleways. There is so much going on here for the family. The coast is 23 miles away (with its bustling seaside towns and ‘smugglers cove’ hamlets), as is the major tourist destination of York, and there are a myriad of other attractions to keep the children happy. Fishing, animal attractions, museums, food festivals, the list goes on and on. And then, there’s the ‘war weekend’ in Pickering, a mere seven miles away. Or, if you just want to stay put and enjoy where you are, immersed in the countryside, no need even for a car. For a small fee (£15.00 each way), a pick-up (4 x passengers max) from the train stations at York, Thirsk or Malton can be easily arranged. Buses pass at the end of the lane, so if you fancy a day out, you can just hop on and visit the coast or a local town.
It’s time for a great ‘staycation’, so go on, call or email for your copy of our terms and conditions and our site rules. Speak to Peter on 07845 412461 or just email email@example.com
