Marske Stables is situated up north in The Yorkshire Dales National Park. It’s a hidden jewel tucked away near Richmond, offering stylish contemporary accommodation, beautiful untouched scenic views and mountains of history.
With ties to equestrian times & the horse racing world, The Stables was home to the UK’s first Arabian Racehorse, Marske who was brought over in 1750 by a York- shire man. Marske sired the undefeated 18th Century thoroughbred racehorse Eclipse and is still in the bloodline of some of the most famous racehorses of our time.
Today Marske Stables has been preserved and restored, celebrating its impres- sive history offering 10 incredible apartments all furnished to impeccable standards along with a beautiful event space filled with contemporary charm and uniqueness. Marske Stables is truly a venue like no other.
Our historic and picturesque quadrangular stables will take your breath away featuring luxurious king size beds, hot tubs, copper baths, walk-in showers, underfloor heating, and luxury amenities to please everyone. All our apartments feature a fully fitted kitchen and separate living space with original exposed beams and windows, it really is the perfect venue.
