This beautifully presented 2 bedroom sea view bungalow with designated parking space,stands in a small private,quiet development on a magnificent promontory, just to the south of Scarborough. The elevated position offers wonderful sea and coastline views of Knipe Point, Cayton Bay, Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head.

The attractive lounge has two large 3 seater sofas, footstool, occasional tables and extending dining table and chairs for four people. There is a widescreen TV, with sky entertainment package installed. DVD player, radio and plenty of books.Wifi is included.

Patio doors lead directly from the lounge onto the sun deck, which has table and 4 chairs and is fenced in, so secure for children and or pets. The kitchen is smart, modern and generously equipped with washer, dryer, hob, oven, fridge freezer and microwave.

The new bathroom has WC, washbasin and bath with electric shower over.

There are two good sized bedrooms. The first with king sized bed, TV and the second with a double bed. Each has bedside cabinets, reading lights and plenty of storage and wardrobe space. A travel cot is also available. Outdoors there is also a side lawn with a second patio area with table, chairs and parasol. Two sun loungers are also provided. There is a rear lawn with garden hut, which visitors are able use and secure bikes etc if required. A jet wash is available to clean your bikes.

The communal gardens of Knipe Point are available for all to enjoy. Covered in the price-

Heating is by modern electric radiators, each room can be adjusted quickly and individually by hand held control.
Pets are welcome at a charge of £20 per week each.
Parking is in designated parking within a few yards of the bungalow with 2nd vehicle in visitors bay within the grounds also.
