Experience the thrill of off-road driving with the Coniston Off-Road Centre. Situated in the stunning surroundings of the Coniston Estate next to The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa in the Yorkshire Dales, the Coniston Off-Road Centre offers an experience for everyone.

As an independent centre, Coniston Off-Road Centre boasts a range of vehicles from a number of different manufactures including Land Rover Discovery 5, Land Rover Defender 110, Land Rover Defender 90, Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian, Isuzu D-Max Yukon and John Deere Gators.

We offer three main types of driving experience - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, as well as our Signature Experience which takes full advantage of the Centre’s independent status, offering the chance to drive multiple vehicles. In addition, we also offer a Junior Drive Experience for those first-time drivers aged 10 and up – perfect for a family day out!

The course is made up of three key Zones and includes a driver training area with short, steep inclines and tricky rock crawls, a zone that was designed and built by Land Rover industry leaders and plenty of obstacles including deep water, steep camber slopes, tall ruts and even a flight of concrete steps.
