Housed in an original Prisoner of War Camp, a visit to our unique, award-winning museum will transport you back in time to wartime Britain. Experience the sights, sounds, and smells of both the Home Front and Front Line in an immersive adventure through our multitude of displays. Experience first-hand the terror of the Blitz, shopping in the Street or even life underwater in a U-boat attack! Other periods covered within the museum include World War One and post-1945 conflicts amongst the Allied Forces. The Museum also houses a large display of military vehicles and equipment including tanks, artillery pieces, and aircraft, with our volunteer led Eden Camp Heritage Restorations team restoring important pieces of heritage back to working order.
Special events take place during the year (see our website for our events program and any updates) and close partnerships formed with various associations have allowed us to create unique Living History exhibitions and activities for you to get involved in!
Holder of both the English and Yorkshire Tourist Boards Attraction of the Year Awards, Eden Camp provides both an entertaining and educational day out for all the family including the dog! Please visit our website for full information.
Please note: From 1st November 2021 until 31st March 2022 Eden Camp will be closed for essential maintenance and construction purposes
