Celebrate ’30 years of 21’ with legendary north east chef and hospitality icon, Terry Laybourne MBE. Owner of acclaimed restaurant group 21 Hospitality, he operates several venues across the north including high-end 21, The Broad Chare, St.Vincent, Café 21 at Fenwick, Saltwater Fish Company and Porterhouse Butcher and Grill.
Terry Laybourne cooked at a string of top restaurants across Europe before opening his first restaurant, 21 Queen Street, in 1988, which won a Michelin star for Laybourne’s kitchen prowess.
Please note full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. We will endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements, however please be aware that in some instances this might mean your dishes are created by The Clubhouse executive chef Paul O’Hara, rather than Terry Laybourne MBE. Please notify us of any food allergies on booking. Accommodation prices are based on two adults sharing a double or twin Tiplady Lodge bedroom. Maximum table size of 8 guests for this special event.
