A great experience to learn about the traditional techniques of butter making based on the recipes and objects from the museum’s collection. Have a go at making butter using original equipment and make scones from buttermilk to eat with your handmade butter. Plus a visit to the Wensleydale Creamery, to see how dairy products are made now in the Yorkshire Dales and taste the different varieties. Lunch is included, provided by the Firebox cafe.
