A Taste in Time Experience with Pickles

A great experience to learn about traditional methods of pickling based on recipes in the museum collection. Have a go at making pickles using original recipes and taste them with locally sourced oatcakes or warm bread. Plus a visit to the Raydale Preserves factory to see how chutneys and preserves are made now in the Yorkshire Dales and taste the different varieties. Lunch is included, provided by the Firebox cafe.
