Hanging in the Stars - two one-act plays that remind us of how we never know what's round the corner.
The first play, “Do It In Pencil” features a sea-front clairvoyant, who is disturbed one day by a young boy who is sitting aimlessly outside, making a noise and disturbing her. Gradually they get to know each other and she tries to advise him on how we can in fact dictate our own future … if he’ll only listen.
In ‘Lower Lane and Hope Hill’ we meet two men with different lives, who have never met … and yet, as they tell us their tale, we find out how their lives are inextricably linked, thanks to the fates that led them to the junction of Lower Lane and Hope Hill one morning.
