For the Love of Plants is an art exhibition by two artists, Judith Hartup and Marianne Harlington. Both these artists are inspired by the natural world and produce colourful work in a variety of mediums.
Judith Hartup is a confessed 'plantaholic' and learned botanical painting at RHS Harlow Carr. She loves fine details and often looks at the flowers she is painting under a magnifying glass.
Marianne Harlington has created a wildlife garden of charm and variety at home from which she gains much of her artisitic inspiration.
The Art in the Tea Room exhibitions are open every Wednesday and Friday afternoon and the first and third weekends of each month from 1st April to 30th September. PLEASE CHECK OUR WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA FOR OPENING TIMES BEFORE YOU TRAVEL.
Admission to the tea room is free, but please come and say hello at the entrance hut as you will need to buy a ticket to visit the garden. The works of art are available to purchase, please ask.
