Our unique concept
Fazenda features continuous table side service of fifteen* different delectable cuts of beef, pork, lamb and chicken. Our concept also offers a sumptuous salad bar where guests can find freshly-cut vegetables, salads, cold meats & cheeses, sushi, smoked salmon and a variety of traditional hot and cold dishes to complement the meats.
Guests control their service with a small green and red-side card. The green side signals the gaúcho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table, while the red side indicates a stopping point. To resume service, they simply display the green side again.
