From Thailand to the UK, Rosa’s Thai Café was founded by Saiphin and her husband Alex. Rosa’s Thai café grew from a humble beginning of a street stall on Brick Lane’s Sunday market in the East End of London, which quickly became the locals’ favourite. Following this, Saiphin and Alex set up in an old caff, where the very first Rosa’s was born. They kept the name Rosa’s Café as a nod to English traditions and heritage (and because they didn’t have the means or money to change the sign).
