THOR’S is a York based company, established in 2015 at the Christmas Markets in York. We wanted to create a safe, fun space for families to have a unique experience. We love local and want to make sure we support the local economy with jobs, suppliers tourism and more.

THOR’S SOL AST is our summer offer and is in The Principal York Hotel Gardens, next to York Railway Station, until 6th September in York. There’ll be daybeds, benches and lots of room to move about! This year we have a beautiful SPERRY tent, with open sides for plenty of ventilation, giving a super stylish feel to summer in York. We have outdoor fire pits, festoon lit terraces and so much more to help you have a summer of fun.

We are COVID-Secure:

• We’ll be offering table service throughout the bar, to avoid queuing inside
• We advise pre-booking for groups of four or more, however walk-ins welcome
• Large groups will not be allowed, please follow the Government guidelines for group gathering
• Card only payments and no cash will be taken on-site
• Plentiful cleaning between customers, hand sanitiser on site and frequent hand washing recommended
• We are an outdoor bar and whilst we have an indoor space, it will be well ventilated at all times
