Used these guys when Euro Car Parts let me down twice. Know what they're doing and good prices too. I will never go to Euros again and will always use these guys from now on. They got me the parts I should have got in the first place 10 out of 10
Staff were very nice and friendly. Was very busy at around 1pm on a Saturday. However the only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the website providing me the wrong parts. I have spoke to a few people and it seems to be a reoccurring problem with GSF. The staff and the shop are brilliant. Just the parts database seems to be off
Helpful and friendly staff, head office is rubbish and sent out a parcel like a week late but the staff in the Wakefield branch were very helpful
Make sure you have plenty of time on your hands when you go to the trade counter. I’ve seen more GO at a Red traffic light. Staff just sit on the phones at the other side of the window ignoring physical customers . Staff can seemingly only do 1 task each, 1 to take your order, 1 to process it & another one to do the return when they give you the wrong parts!
Use GSF for all my car parts. Always find them incredibly helpful. Parts are always the correct ones. Would recommend
