Brilliant service right from the front desk at the clearance department Wakefield, Dan and Tom basically put my bathroom together for me for the plumber to walk in and fit it. Even the despatch where I collected my parts were very helpful. I was dubious about the clearance section not knowing anything about what I needed , no need to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable brilliant price too . Will definitely use again 10 / 10
Great store and great people, Brandan and the team helped us sort out multiple bathrooms and nothing was too much trouble and helped load and source matching bits. I will recommend to anyone doing their bathroom.
First class customer service by Jay at the Wakefield Calder Park site. He went above and beyond to help us select our new bathroom. This is a big outlet but did not have much on display but the new catalogue was just coming out so that could be why.this place is good if you are going to fit the bathroom yourself or get a tradesman as you can get replacement at a cheaper price but as we were looking for a new fitted bathroom the showroom in Wakefield is better which is what we did .you are able to walk round and look at it all on display
