The key thing to mention is the staff - they are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Never found anything I've asked or queried too much trouble. However, it is a fairly small store, and as a cat owner, I find their focus on dogs (I would estimate 60% of the whole store is just about dogs) means the products available and the range for other pets is very limited.

Great friendly staff, please try and support your local pet shop... they will always try and get you what you need if not in stock too.

Simply brilliant pet store. Been going since our Lab was a pup. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always happy to help and advise. Great selection of pet foods. Would never go to one of the 'big chain' stores again.

Brilliant help at the store, the lady was very knowledgeable and super friendly and helped me with raw cat food. I didn’t get name but shout out to the you g lady with brown hair and glasses 🙏🏻
