Incredibly friendly staff who are willing to help and have a conversation with you if there is something you are not sure about. They always seems to be a great range and lineup of pet toys for my dog and the food I get for my dog is always available if not in stock that day I can usually get it within a day or two prices are reasonable and the loyalty program help.

The key thing to mention is the staff - they are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Never found anything I've asked or queried too much trouble. However, it is a fairly small store, and as a cat owner, I find their focus on dogs (I would estimate 60% of the whole store is just about dogs) means the products available and the range for other pets is very limited.

Simply brilliant pet store. Been going since our Lab was a pup. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always happy to help and advise. Great selection of pet foods. Would never go to one of the 'big chain' stores again.
