Created by two couples the concept and planning evolved quickly during the start of 2018. The two men in the team (both called Nick) loved the idea of \u2018Nick Bar\u2019 but sadly this idea and the creation of a Filey\u2019s first \u2018man club\u2019 was quickly shot down (thankfully) by the beauty and brains of the business Christina and Michelle.<\/div>\n<div class=\"_2cuy _3dgx _2vxa\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_2cuy _3dgx _2vxa\">As locals we knew that Filey already had a great selection of traditional pubs and restaurants but we felt something was missing. There was no \u2018in between\u2019; nowhere to go for a meal where you could stay all night and drink.<\/div>\n<div class=\"_2cuy _3dgx _2vxa\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_2cuy _3dgx _2vxa\">People ask what we are and that\u2019s a difficult question to answer. We\u2019re not a restaurant, we\u2019re not a bar, we literally are the \u2018in betweeners\u2019 (for those that have seen the film we have no resemblance in shape or personality to the characters). We offer a venue where you can attend for drinks only, whether that be for one drink or the whole night, a venue where food can be ordered as a meal or tapas style where you can share our tasty pizza\u2019s with friends.
